the coolglide laser and solera light quickly cause controlled damage to hair follicles, causing destruction and shock to re growth. about six treatments over a year are recommended for the best results. hair will eventually return but may not do so for 2-4 months in most people (really lucky people will go for 6-12 months without re-growth). when hair returns, it is usually thinner and lighter and with (typically) 75% reduction in hair growth. laser hair removal is not permanent and will require bi-annual touch ups at the very least to maintain a good result. men and women love it.
