I have opened up a dispute claim with my credit card company over the payments sent to Depilite due to their void of contract. I am not sure if I will get my money back but but it is worth a try.

This company has flown by night. They have abandoned their offices, disconnected their phones (yes, even the LLC in Dallas). They have fraudulently violated my contract and I assume everyone else who contracted their services. Please report your experience to the better business bureau as well if you have been scammed by this company!
